Riipen FuturePath helps employers access pre-vetted student talent to complete real, 10–420 hour projects while reducing hiring risk and workload. Employers gain additional capacity to take on work that may otherwise sit undone or be delayed, while also benefiting from support in managing projects. 50% of the student stipend is covered through the Government of Canada’s I-WIL program, making it a cost-effective way to source flexible talent and evaluate potential future hires.
