Naviga Supply Chain began as Berlin KraftWorks in 2016, founded by Peter Heuss and Matt Weller. Over the following 5 years we helped companies to integrate their supply chain and engineering functions to the betterment of their products and operations as a whole. However, after the pandemic hit, we heard from many companies, particularly Small and Medium sized Manufacturers (SMEs), who needed help navigating the complexities and risks of modern supply chains. While the pandemic has faded, the call for this need has only grown. In response, we have shifted our focus to Supply Chain Resilience, and Naviga Supply Chain was born.
