Melissa Malcolm, CTMP is the Founder and HR Strategist at Malcolm HR. Her HR career spans over 25 years in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, where she spent time leading high performing teams, providing solutions to difficult situations and building and maintaining collaborative relationships. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert within her field, is a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP) and a member of the HRPA. Melissa has been twice nominated for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards and is a Board Director at Community Development Council Durham (CDCD).
